We're looking to hire our first internal recruiter. You'll help shape the future of our startup by finding the best quality candidates for a wide variety of technical positions. You'll be responsible for managing and building relationships with recruiters, schools and candidates.

You should be metric driven, always looking for ways to be more efficient. Success will be defined by your amazing ability to help bring the worlds most talented employees to Addepar. Responsibilities Schedule interviews with candidates.

Coordinate all details of interviews including travel and meals. Communicate with candidates in a prompt and timely manner throughout the interview process. Manage and refine our applicant tracking system.

You should live and breath the details associated with each candidate. Define, measure and track recruiting metrics Refine and tweak our systems to meet our changing needs.
