IT Coordinator, Intern

Remote | Anywhere in Canada

Kickstart your IT career in a handson role where you'll support real users, improve systems, and build practical experience in a modern, remote environment.

At CCIB, we're dedicated to strengthening and enhancing a prosperous Indigenous economy by fostering business relationships, opportunities, and awareness. As a national Indigenous, non-partisan association, we champion inclusivity and innovation, and we're looking for a motivated IT Coordinator Intern to support Help Desk operations while contributing to workflow improvements, automation, and IT reporting.

This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year university student looking to turn classroom learning into realworld impact.

What You'll Do

  • Provide firstlevel IT support in a remote environment
  • Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access issues
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
  • Document and improve Help Desk workflows and processes
  • Assist with automation opportunities and basic IT dashboards or reports
  • Support system maintenance, user accounts, and asset tracking


What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of IT, Computer Science, or related program
  • Interest in Help Desk operations, IT workflows, and process improvement
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
