Job description

Interested in a fast-paced career in trading options? All Options is looking for Graduate Quantitative Traders to join our team in Austin, TX! You'll hit the ground running with a six-month training program that blends advanced option theory with real market making experience from day one.


Your first four weeks are spent alongside a cohort, mastering the fundamentals of options theory, trading systems, and tools through lectures and hands-on shadowing with experienced traders. After that, you'll take the wheel: trading on the desk under mentor guidance, with continuous coaching and performance support every step of the way. For traders looking to grow fast and make an immediate market impact, there's no better place to start.


This role has two cohort start dates available: February 2027 and August 2027.


What You'll Do:

  • Prepare for the trading day, know what is happening in the market and products traded. Gather information on risk and payoff characteristics of options and translate this into correct volatility pricing
  • Be responsible for pricing and trading options on listed financial instruments
  • Manage and optimize daily trading positions
  • Collaborate with trading teams and developers to adjust pricing variables and system settings based on current market conditions
  • Continuously monitor the market toresearch andidentify profitable opportunities
  • Learn and contributeto building, maintaining, and enhancing the company's codebase and technology stack


Who You Are:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 pursuing a bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline
  • A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading
  • A willingness to learn new skills, such as programming (Python), and a commitment to researching and improving trading strategies
  • Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027
