Supplies North America Business Analyst

Description -

The North America Supplies Business Analyst / Reporting & Data Specialist is responsible for translating complex business data into decision-ready reporting, clear business insights, and actionable recommendations. This role will collect, clean, validate, analyze, and communicate data from multiple business sources, applying data science, statistical analysis, and business analytics techniques to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the collection, cleaning, preprocessing, validation, and organization of data from multiple business sources to ensure reporting accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Apply data science, statistical analysis, and business analytics techniques to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities across key North America Supplies business performance areas.
  • Generate recurring reports and ad-hoc analysis that highlight key metrics, business trends, performance drivers, and emerging risks or opportunities.
  • Help create and maintain repeatable reporting processes, templates, dashboards, and documentation to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve speed and quality of analysis, identifying opportunities for modernization through automation, simplification, and process improvement
  • Collaborate with Category subject matter experts to align reporting logic, business definitions, data assumptions, methodology, and procedures for collecting and communicating business data.
  • Translate complex analysis outputs into clear charts, tables, summaries, and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Education & Experience Recommended

Four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline; or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Typically has 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in data analytics, data science, business analytics, reporting, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this role is$83,000to$127,800USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
