We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator & Security Manager to own the security design, governance, and day-to-day operations of our Oracle Fusion environment. You’ll ensure system integrity, optimize performance, and lead role-based security across Financials, HCM, SCM, and other modules—while partnering closely with IT, Finance, HR, and Internal Audit.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud across production, test, and development.
  • Manage quarterly updates, testing, deployments, and system performance.
  • Design and maintain secure RBAC models, roles, privileges, and SoD controls.
  • Oversee user provisioning, access reviews, and security incident resolution.
  • Support audits, compliance testing, and remediation of security risks.
  • Streamline processes and drive workflow efficiency across teams.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Fusion Security (roles, data security, SoD).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work non-traditional hours when needed.

Nice to Have

  • Oracle Fusion certifications.
  • Experience with IDM, SSO, or IAM integrations.
  • Background supporting Financials and/or HCM.
  • Experience in multi-entity or complex environments.
