Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for an Enterprise Service Desk Technician to join a large federal program supporting Navy and Marine Corps programs. This is a full-time position and onsite in New Orleans, LA. Essential Duties of the Enterprise Service Desk Technician: * Responsible for end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide. * Providing IT support for various devices/technologies including the network devices, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, connectivity issues, OS issues, Outlook/Microsoft Office support, Video Teleconference (VTC), etc.
* Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.
* Execute scripts and answer calls.
* Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.
* Open and close tickets.
* Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.
Qualifications of the Enterprise Service Desk Technician: * 1+ years of IT experience
* Active Security+ certification
* Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
Compensation for the Enterprise Service Desk Technician: * $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
