No prior licensing or insurance experience is required; Pioneer Agency provides step-by-step licensing assistance, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship to support career growth in insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess life, health, and retirement insurance needs and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Present and explain insurance product options clearly, including life insurance, health insurance, and retirement products.
  • Provide ongoing client support, maintain long-term relationships, and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Manage and prioritize leads, conduct outreach and follow-up using company systems (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
