Sr. Associate IS Business Systems Analyst What you will do

As a Sr. Associate IS Business Systems Analyst, you are responsible for leading complex business analysis activities and supporting business and digital transformation initiatives. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translate business needs into effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery of change. The role operates with minimal supervision, manages multiple stakeholders, and contributes to improving processes, systems, and outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Creating Business Requirement Documents, Workflow diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams.
  • Critical bridge between warehouse team and the business, translate business needs into clear requirements, turn them into actionable items for the IS Warehouse team.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across cross‑functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team processes and delivery efficiency.
  • Proactively communicate and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery.
  • Proactively identify the dependencies, risks and communication while implementing cross functional capabilities.
  • Generate Reports when requested for stakeholders based on their needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, to provide clarifications & support when needed.
  • Ensure overall quality, accuracy, and completeness of delivered solutions.
  • Ensure clear communication of requirements, issues, and status updates.

Master’s degree

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
