Job Summary:
OVA.Work is a company seeking a Data Science Engineer who bridges data science and engineering. The role focuses on building, deploying, and scaling machine learning models and data pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive actionable business insights.
Responsibilities:
• designing ETL processes
• implementing AI/ML algorithms in production
• optimizing data infrastructure
• collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive actionable business insights using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-8+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or data science roles.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift).
• Proficiency in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, MLlib.
• Experience with frameworks like Apache Spark and Kubernetes.
