Director, Product Management
TITLE: Director, Product Management
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements. Lead knowledge sharing sessions, design and execute product strategy for various new products in payments space, and contribute to Fiserv CARAT's global product strategy by creating simple and scalable alt-payment solutions that enable seamless integrations. Conduct competitive analysis, lead research on product adoption by verticals and segments, and lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch. Ideate on capabilities, define requirements based on merchant and business need, and prioritize and develop a roadmap. Commercialize the product by working with different sales channels to come up with product positioning, packaging, and pricing. Engage in dynamic cross-functional interactions including Compliance, Client Readiness, Legal, Regulatory, Risk, Sales, Marketing, Product, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, and Technology. Track post launch performance and optimize product.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Finance or a related field and 6 years in any job title involving technology industry experience. Prior experience must include 3 years in the following: Software engineering; Operating in an Agile environment; Product management; Product ownership; Managing large enterprise applications; Serving in a client facing or client adjacent role; and Collaborating with software engineering teams to manage product roadmaps.
TRAVEL: Up to 30% national travel required.
