Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University; Computer Science program preferred
  • 5+ years of proven ServiceNow administration/development experience.
  • ServiceNow certified CAD/CSA.
  • CIS in one or more ServiceNow applications is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with one or more ServiceNow applications, like ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with JavaScript.
