Job description

Arrow Systems, Inc. is seeking to further expand our team. We manufacture cutting edge digital printing and finishing equipment to customers around the world and we are experiencing rapid growth.
We are looking to hire an additional service technician to help troubleshoot equipment issues, work with customers and provide both phone and field support, as well as work within our team to help drive new innovations for our product lines.
Responsibilities:

  • Repair, install, and adjust computers, equipment, inkjet printers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in machinery, computer repairs, electronics, inkjet printers, copiers or other related fields
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Ability to travel throughout North America.
