CommuniCare Health Servicesis a world-class provider of health care services throughout 6 states. We are currently seeking a full-timeTechnical Support Repair Specialistto join our IT department.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p, that will be based out of our corporate office located in the Blue Ash area.

Estimated Pay Range: $22-25/hr

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide end user support Repairing computer equipment.
  • Manage tickets in Service Now system.
  • Hardware support, including desktops, thin clients, laptops, iPads, iPhones, android devices, printers, multi-function copiers, multimedia equipment and wireless devices.

Perform routine maintenance on all end-users' computers as required.

  • Work closely with the other IT Staff to develop and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in final testing of new products.
  • Setup and deploy all equipment orders for shipment to end users.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of computer repair experience.
  • Microsoft O365 Intune knowledge and implementation experience.
  • Proficient in Service Now.
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • The ability to explain technical procedures in layperson's terms.
  • Interpersonal skills requiring a maximum in courtesy, etiquette and tact, in order to deal effectively with all levels of management, staff, and outside vendors.
  • Ability to work independently -- candidate must be a "self-starter".
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Technical Certifications a plus.
