  • Diagnose & Repair: Accurately diagnose and repair residential home appliances (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) to manufacturer standards.

  • Digital Management: Utilize a company-issued iPad to process repair records, reference technical information, collect payments, and issue receipts electronically.
  • Decision Making: Make timely, independent decisions regarding repairs while working within a supportive team structure.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) is required.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds.
  • Screening: Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver's license check.
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-service focused.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer/tablet skills and strong mechanical aptitude.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
