Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support ATS and our government customer at White Sands Missile Range, NM. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve in a Working Leader role supporting IT services for a major government client. This position requires hands-on leadership experience, technical knowledge of IT operations, and the ability to manage projects while directly supervising team members. The ideal candidate will combine project management expertise with technical skills to ensure successful delivery of IT services across multiple locations.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

The Project Manager (Working Leader) will be responsible for overseeing IT service delivery projects while providing direct supervision to team members. Principal responsibilities include:

  • Lead and directly supervise a team of 20+ IT professionals while actively participating in project delivery
  • Plan, execute, and close out projects related to IT support services at various client locations
  • Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets aligned with contract requirements
  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, issues, and performance metrics to program leadership
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery
  • Serve as a technical liaison between the client, program management, and delivery teams
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills
  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, service level agreements, and quality standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency
  • Collaborate with other project managers and technical leads to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Participate in client meetings and status reviews as a subject matter expert

Education and Experience:

Required (must meet one of the following education/experience combinations):

  • Master's degree in a directly related IT field with 7+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in a directly related IT field with 9+ years of experience
  • Relevant education/experience in an IT discipline related to the assigned project area (e.g., Network Engineering, Network Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer or Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Forensics/Security, etc.)
  • Experience working in DOW Computing Environments
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
  • Security+ certification (or equivalent DOW Directive 8570.1 IAT II)
  • At least one certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
  • Active Top Secret security clearance

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience managing IT projects within government environments
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams while actively participating in project work
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, management, and technical staff
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation including plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement solutions
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Understanding of DOW security requirements and IT governance frameworks
  • Knowledge of IT service delivery best practices and quality standards
  • Ability to make independent decisions while aligning with program objectives

Clearance Requirement:

  • TS/SCI Security clearance

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • PMP certification
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience working on federal contracts
  • Knowledge of federal IT systems and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with DOW acquisition processes
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies
  • Advanced technical knowledge in one or more IT specialty areas
