Position Description
Quality Enterprises is looking for an intern to join our team for a structured, three-month rotational internship. This program provides hands-on exposure to the core areas of construction management, including Field Operations, Estimating, and Project Management. The intern will gain valuable industry experience by working alongside superintendents, project managers, and estimating professionals, preparing them for a successful career in construction.
Position Requirements
Essential Responsibilities:

Month 1 - Field Operations
Gain practical, on-site experience while shadowing and assisting superintendents.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in hands-on field activities and shadow superintendent tasks
  • Assist with daily team coordination and workforce management
  • Support communication with engineering partners and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate and detailed field reports

Month 2 - Estimating
Learn the fundamentals of project planning and cost estimating.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop familiarity with estimating software, tools, and industry terminology
  • Assist in asset and resource planning
  • Contribute to the creation of preliminary project plans and budgets

Month 3 - Project Management
Experience the responsibilities and challenges of managing active projects.
Responsibilities:
