Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator - Cybersecurity & Network Operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to support mission-critical IT and cybersecurity operations for Navy programs, including NSWCPD and NAVSEA SEA21. Position Responsibilities: Administer and secure enterprise-level IT systems and networks Support development and deployment of tools for Navy programs Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, including web and file servers Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with DoD standards Collaborate with engineering and program teams to support operational readiness Position Requirements: Secret Clearance Education Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: Information Technology Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Experience Requirements Candidates may qualify at one of two levels: Level IV Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT and computer programming At least three (3) years supporting development of tools for NSWCPD and NAVSEA SEA21 programs Advanced proficiency in cybersecurity and systems integration Level III Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in engineering, computer science, or information systems Demonstrated experience supporting daily operations of network systems including workstations, file servers, and web servers Intermediate proficiency in cybersecurity and network administration Required Certifications Certifications must align with the Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) and DoD IAT Level standards: Level IV - IAT-3 / Advanced CSWF Proficiency One or more of the following: CASP+ CE CCNP Security CISA CISSP (or Associate) GCED GCIH Level III - IAT-2 / Intermediate CSWF Proficiency One or more of the following: CCNP Security CySA+ GICSP GSEC Security+ CE SSCP This position is in Philadelphia, PA.
