The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians across nearly 100 facilities across the country. Key Responsibilities:

• Keep Inventory Accurate
  Own inventory accuracy across the warehouse and technician vans by completing counts, tracking usage, and fixing any issues
• Manage Inventory Flow
  Handle all incoming and outgoing inventory, including receiving shipments, stocking items, and preparing equipment for technicians and other locations
• Support Technicians in the Field
  Make sure technicians have what they need to do their jobs by managing van inventory and helping with equipment and materials
• Keep the Warehouse Organized and Safe
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace so the team can work efficiently and find what they need quickly
• Use Systems to Keep Everything on Track
  Use tools like OFS and IMS to track inventory, fix errors, and keep records accurate and up to date

Education and Experience:

• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH safety standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly and up to 125 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification as required)
• Ability to work independently while supporting team operations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
