Position Summary:

As the Omni-Channel Coordinator, you will be the architect of our digital product catalog. You will manage the product lifecycle of unique SKUs including Buldak, Mep, Tangle, and more. ensuring data integrity, optimized searchability, and seamless inventory synchronization across our global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalog Management: Orchestrate the creation, auditing, and publishing of product listings on platforms like [Amazon/Walmart/Target/Kroger etc], ensuring 100% accuracy in titles, descriptions, and technical attributes.

  • Inventory Synchronization: Use Product Information Management (PIM) tools to sync stock data across multiple sales channels, preventing overselling or stockouts.

  • SEO & Conversion Optimization: Implement keyword-rich content and technical SEO (schema markup) to maximize SKU discoverability and search engine rankings.

  • Media Spend Optimization: Manage and track daily ad budgets for influencers and keyword bidding strategies at the SKU level to maintain a target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Warehouse, Marketing, and Buying teams to coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and clearance strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. (Preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering but not required).

  • 1-2 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience (including internships) preferred but not required. Entry-Level Candidates Welcome.

  • Strong technical aptitude, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools, software, and technologies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data fluency.

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications: (OPTIONAL)

  • Experience in DTC, Shopify, or omnichannel fulfillment.

  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), including transaction sets, mapping and partner onboarding.

  • Experience working with overseas or international stakeholders.


The base salary for this position is between $24-33 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
