Position Title: Enterprise Network Engineer
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity located in Bellevue, WA
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and support large-scale enterprise network solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical partner for customers, ensuring smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, and connectivity issues across diverse environments.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline network operations and configuration management.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with major internet routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ISIS).
  • 4+ years of experience in Linux/Unix environments.
  • 1+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven customer-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliverables.
  • Previous successful engagement with our organization is strongly preferred.
