Position Overview:

As a CAD Drafter at DKE, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process, assisting our engineering team in producing accurate and detailed drawings for a variety of projects. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings, ensuring the successful implementation of our projects.


What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the preparation of CAD drawings, including site layouts, grading plans, utility plans, and construction details.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Maintain drawing files and ensure adherence to drafting standards and procedures.
  • Support project teams with drafting-related tasks and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve drafting processes and workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Experience in civil engineering drafting preferred but not required.
