Job description

Job Summary:
Supermicro is a Top Tier provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions for various sectors. The Associate Product Manager will support and coordinate GPU-related operations across multiple teams, focusing on improving workflow efficiency and reducing turnaround time.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and support GPU workflows across RMA, Service, Repair, TS, Purchasing, System PM, and Production environments
• Analyze GPU and system logs using CLI tools
• Coordinate triage and testing activities with internal teams and vendors
• Maintain clear communication with GPU vendors and internal stakeholders regarding test results, issues, and escalations
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive process improvements to streamline GPU operations and reduce turnaround time (TAT)
• Assist with new GPU platform bring-up, lab readiness, and test SOP development and updates
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant industry experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Familiarity with GPU hardware and command-line interface skills (Linux CLI preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret GPU and system logs
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred:
• Experience with RMA workflows, test documentation, or hardware operations is a plus
• Knowledge of NVIDIA and AMD GPUs and related testing tools is preferred
• Experience with Python or automation tools is an advantage
