McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Service Supervisor .
McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South-Central Regions, has an opening for a Service Supervisor in our Merrill, WI dealership.
Our Service Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of work orders and supports the Service Manager in all efforts to drive service revenues, service profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):
โ€ข Interact directly with customers, their expectations, handle potential problem situations, customer satisfaction.
โ€ข Participate and schedule Technicians into appropriate training, continuously build knowledge and skills.
โ€ข Responsible for employee expectations, reaching profit goals, maintaining professionalism in all situations.
โ€ข Supervise all technicians, provide direct feedback on technician performance.
โ€ข Schedule work, keep up on recalls, review repair orders.
โ€ข On-site attendance is required
โ€ข Coordinate with John Deere on programs, warranties, and technical machine problems.
Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
โ€ข Construction & Forestry Diesel Technology knowledge is highly preferred.
โ€ข Proven high levels of communication, leadership, management, and confidentiality are required.
โ€ข Independently make decisions, work with all staff, customer facing experience, handle high pressure situations
โ€ข Proven to achieve and set goals for your staff and self-oriented
โ€ข Broad-based computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Excel.
