A Computer Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of software or IT projects within an organization. They coordinate teams of developers, analysts, and other professionals to ensure projects meet technical requirements, deadlines, and budgets. Their responsibilities include setting project goals, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and mitigating risks.
