  • Work in the operations team who provide 24X7X365 onsite support of the data centers, remote offices, and technical infrastructure.
  • Perform passwords changes
  • Participate in data center failover exercises
  • Participate in patch weekends
  • Coordinate and participate in equipment installations and decommissioning (racking equipment/power/fiber/network)
  • Perform cable installations and removals in accordance with cable management best practice and change policy.
  • Ensure that all hardware and software problems/issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate people are notified (On call support), and process is followed.
  • Provide off hours (Service Desk) support.
  • Provide off hours (UK London Office) support
