Location: Franklin, MA
Company: Global special paper manufacturer
Position Type: 12 hour 3/4 days per week (total of 36/48 hours per week)
Pay Rate: Starting at $23/hour
Schedule Options:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday + every other Thursday

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday + every other Thursday


Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
