Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Metrology Operator with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $30.00/hr. - $32.00/hr.
SHIFT:  12 Hr NIGHT shift; Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday, from 6:00Pm to 6::30Am

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform operation of assigned semiconductor process equipment

·       Perform basic system qualification of assigned semiconductor process equipment

·       Support process demonstrations for internal/external customers

·       Compile and update process data, and specifications.

·       Use real time database to monitor/input data and track performance of equipment and production activities to requirements of assigned equipment

·       Work shift may include compressed work week schedule or augmented work week schedule to meet the needs of the client

Qualifications:

·       Hands-on experience operating semiconductor processing equipment, including Metrology, PVD, CVD, RTP, Etch, ECP, Clean, Metal Dep., and Lithography processing equipment – preferred but not required

·       Reasonable analytical skills

·       Reasonable problem solving and troubleshooting skills

·       Moderate oral and written communication skills

·       Comfortable work with and around hazardous materials

·       Experience interfacing with members of various departments

·       Reasonable understanding of cleanroom protocol

·       Organizational and interpersonal skills

·       Good attention to detail.
