Position: Senior Network Engineer

Position Description:

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer responsible for configuration, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a critical operational network. Provides an engineering resource to support data communications and related applications requirements. Provides administrative support of installed systems/networks. Responsible for planning and implementing the necessary hardware, software and telecommunications equipment to maintain and/or enhance the organization’s networks.  Evaluates vendor products and recommends purchases. Recommends and implements network policies and procedures and ensures adherence to security procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance of network equipment (switches, firewalls, and load balancers)
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshooting
