Job Description
Pay Range: $17.15 - $18.46 / hour
As a valued team member, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
  • Provide membership information and facilitate tours
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
  • Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
  • Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
  • Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
  • Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
  • Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
