About the position:
TJFACT is seeking a well-versed Indexing Operations Specialist to join our team in support of the Air Force Criminal Justice Information Center (AFCJIC) in Quantico, VA. Please note this role is for a proposal and is subject to a contract award. Duties and Responsibilities: • Conduct data entry of DAF records into FBI CJIS systems. • Serve as the focal point for assigned MAJCOMs regarding Disposition of Firearms (DOF) checks. • Engage with base-level Indexing Compliance Managers and Judge Advocate offices to provide support for indexing matters. • Conduct real-time evaluation, creation, and correction of DAF indexing records. • Monitor MAJCOM unit compliance for entries into federal databases. • Report compliance issues to the AFCJIC CHRI Data Manager and Audit lead. • Provide subject matter expertise and record corrections in response to Requests for Information (RFI). Required Qualifications: • Minimum five (5) years’ experience with criminal justice records. • Minimum three (3) years’ sworn law enforcement experience. • Must have an active clearance. • Must be able to pass a law enforcement records check.
