Job Description
Pay Range: $18.00- $19.37 / hour
Our Kids Club Team Members are at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members and their children. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, engaging with little Chuzers, mastering the art of phone etiquette, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness. Your top priority is the safety of the children while they are in your care.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospects, guests, and little Chuzers
  • Project a positive, friendly, and caring attitude while interacting with children and their families
  • Engage with children consistently through activities while prioritizing safety in the Kids Club and administering first aid to children as needed
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks to the Chuze standard
  • Maintain knowledge of general front desk operations, including membership tours and pricing, point-of-sale transactions, and answering phones
  • Assist in all aspects of Kids Club operations, including child sign-ups, checking children in and out, answering phones, running and reviewing reporting, and addressing guardian concerns
  • Create detailed incident reports for little Chuzers as needed
