Job description

  • Operate the Air Separation Plant in a safe and efficient manner by following established work processes and applying your air separation / cryogenic process knowledge
  • You will work 12-hour rotating shifts in a team environment where you often set priorities and complete work with minimal supervision
  • Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures, and practices to ensure safe and reliable plant operations
  • In addition, you will operate and field-check process equipment, monitoring process conditions, equipment performance, and control systems
  • Utilize multiple, complex plant computer control systems to oversee and adjust operations
  • You shall apply troubleshooting skills to resolve process-related deviations and problems as they arise
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance on process equipment to help maintain equipment reliability
  • Also, you will use your process knowledge to identify and implement plant performance improvements and coach/train others on plant operations
