NOW HIRING: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: Starting at $24/hour

Direct Hire | Full-Time

TempExperts is recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator to join a well-established global engineering and manufacturing organization in Tampa, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in precision and quality. Youโ€™ll be working with specialized equipment and components used across aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial applications.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

โ€ข Set up and operate specialized production and CNC equipment

โ€ข Use calipers to accurately set up machinery for cutting flexible shafts

โ€ข Operate small hydraulic presses to attach metal fittings to shafts

โ€ข Perform detailed inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools

โ€ข Accurately record inspection results in the production database

โ€ข Read and interpret blueprints and production specifications

โ€ข Maintain consistent quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

โ€ข Follow established safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

โ€ข High school diploma or GED required; technical school or associate degree preferred

โ€ข Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on manufacturing experience

โ€ข Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools

โ€ข CNC or machining experience preferred

โ€ข CNC Wire EDM experience is a plus but not required

โ€ข Experience with machining processes such as press operation, hitch feed, and weld cutting is helpful

โ€ข Ability to read and interpret blueprints

โ€ข Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

โ€ข Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
