We are seeking a results-driven Job Developer to build strong employer partnerships and help place our graduates into meaningful careers.

Job Developer

The Job Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local employers, securing job opportunities for graduates, and supporting student career readiness. This role combines business development, recruiting, and career services.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Outreach & Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with local and regional employers in relevant industries
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Secure job openings, externships, and internship opportunities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of employer partners

Student Placement

  • Match qualified students and graduates with job opportunities
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
  • Track and report job placement outcomes

Career Coaching

  • Assist students with resume writing and interview preparation
  • Conduct workshops on job readiness and professionalism
  • Provide individualized job search support

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate placement records and employer contacts
  • Track key metrics (placement rates, employer activity, etc.)
  • Support compliance with accreditation or reporting requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Recruiting or staffing, Sales or business development, Career services, or workforce development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits
