What You’ll Do

As a Senior Network Engineer, you’ll play a key role on a high-visibility, fast-paced program supporting multiple organizations from a centralized environment. You’ll tackle complex challenges, influence network strategy, and mentor the next generation of engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading advanced network troubleshooting and problem resolution

  • Analyzing and optimizing network performance, latency, and throughput

  • Designing and implementing scalable, secure network architectures

  • Working with technologies such as:

    • Routing protocols & BGP

    • Policy-based routing & traffic shaping

    • IPSec tunneling & NAT

    • Firewalls, load balancing, and WAN optimization

  • Evaluating and integrating emerging networking technologies

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-driven solutions

  • Mentoring junior engineers (Levels 0–2) and ensuring engineering excellence

What You Bring
  • 12–15 years of network engineering experience (or equivalent expertise)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)

  • Strong experience in network design, optimization, and security

  • CCNA and CCNP certifications required

  • Proven ability to lead technical efforts and mentor teams

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
