We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Dental Hygienist to become part of our dedicated team!

Our expanding dental practice is looking for a Dental Hygienist. In this role, you will support the dentist with various procedures and operate x-ray equipment. To excel in this position, a valid state hygiene license and prior experience as a dental hygienist are essential.

Key Responsibilities of the Dental Hygienist:
  • Utilizing dental tools to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth and below gum lines.
  • Reviewing and documenting patient medical histories.
  • Employing probes to assess and identify gum recession and other indicators of periodontal disease.
  • Documenting instances of dental decay and disease for the dentist's diagnosis and treatment.
  • Ensuring the upkeep of dental instruments and x-ray machines.
  • Conducting visual and tactile examinations of gums for signs of disease, sores, and other oral health concerns.
  • Encouraging preventive dental care to enhance patients' oral health.
  • Applying fluoride and other agents to prevent dental decay.
  • Collaborating with dentists and dental assistants.
  • Managing a dental hygiene program for patients.
