Job description

The RN Manager ICU is responsible for overseeing the critical care nursing operations in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring a balance between administrative oversight and direct patient care. Reporting to the Nursing Director, this role demands adherence to the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards of practice and the Code of Ethics while coordinating patient care for diverse age groups and maintaining 24-hour operational management. The RN Manager fosters professional development, promotes a positive work environment, and collaborates across departments to maintain high-quality care standards without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient care delivery in the ICU, ensuring clinical excellence and safety
