Responsibilities
  • Deliver onsite and remote technical support, responding quickly to customer issues
  • Ensure reliable system performance by diagnosing and resolving system, network, and application issues
  • Support the full lifecycle of complex patient monitoring and IT infrastructure solutions
  • Apply understanding of customer environments to ensure effective system implementation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including senior engineers, clinical partners, sales, and service teams
  • Continuously build technical expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
Requirements
  • 2.5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments
  • Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred
  • Foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting
  • Computer networking certification preferred (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent/higher level certification)
