  • Drive membership growth by achieving and exceeding a target of 10+ new members monthly
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with health plans, brokers, senior communities, and local partners
  • Execute daily outreach and networking efforts to generate referrals and enhance brand visibility
  • Plan and deliver presentations, events, and community engagement initiatives
  • Maintain a strong and consistent market presence to drive awareness and trust
  • Own performance tracking and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on outreach activity and results
  • Partner cross-functionally to support growth and retention strategies

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent with strong presentation ability
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Experience in Medicare Advantage, healthcare outreach, or senior-focused services
  • Proven success in relationship building, networking, and community engagement
  • Strong organizational, tracking, and reporting discipline
  • Confident public speaking and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
