Job description

Horizon Retail Construction is a nationally recognized general contractor specializing in tenant improvement. We are currently seeking a Network & Computer Systems Engineer to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, we take pride in delivering quality projects, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain all servers, network infrastructure, firewall and security, storage, on-prem and cloud-based networks
  • Configure, maintain, administer, and manage all networks
  • Configure, monitor, administer and manage systems securities
  • Maintain, administer and manage all software contracts and policies
  • Manage backup solutions ensuring all systems are adequate and operating properly at all times
  • Management of Azure Cloud Computing Services
  • Organize and understand all current software, determine needs and suggest alternatives that better suit the company
  • Maintain, administer and manage relationships with technology vendors
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 systems
  • Train HelpDesk staff and collaborate as a team to minimize downtime and increase efficiency and performance

Summary of Qualifications:

  • A degree in Information Technologies or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Proven experience leading a team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership
  • Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Teams, Teams Voice, OneDrive, Powershell, Power BI)
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Windows and IOS products
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Azure cloud computing services, with the required certifications: AZ900, DP900, AI900, DP100, AZ500 and DP300
  • Expert with Helpdesk and Asset Management software (e.g., Lansweeper)
  • Additional Certificates Needed: CITM, MS600, MS102, SC300, SC400, SC900, MS900
