Responsibilities:

โ€ข Designing, installing and configuring computer network hardware.
โ€ข Troubleshooting network and software issues.
โ€ข Installing high-level software security systems.
โ€ข Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
โ€ข Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
โ€ข Responding to general IT requests.
โ€ข Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
โ€ข Filing monthly reports for the IT Manager.
