The Senior Analyst will drive transportation and network planning strategies that improve delivery speed, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience across the eCommerce supply chain. This role leverages analytics and data visualization to identify opportunities, support data-driven decision-making, and implement scalable operational improvements. The Senior Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Inventory Planning, and Data Science teams to deliver strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the network.

The Network Planning team within Last Mile Delivery focuses on designing the outbound eCommerce transportation network by applying advanced analytics to enhance speed, cost efficiency, and service quality. As a rapidly expanding network, the team develops initiatives and frameworks to support business growth and shape the network’s future. Members manage complex data sets, evaluate current and potential opportunities, and collaborate with operations and cross-functional partners to implement network improvements. This team offers a dynamic environment for professionals skilled in data analysis, visualization, and project management to contribute to impactful, data-driven solutions.
What you'll do:
  • Drive outbound transportation network optimization through lane planning, carrier management, and analytics to improve delivery speed and reduce costs.
  • Leverage SQL and Tableau to identify opportunities, develop visualizations, and measure business impact.
  • Make data-driven decisions that align operational and strategic priorities while creating scalable supply chain solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Inventory Planning, and Data Science teams to execute initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and deliver customer-focused network enhancements.
