This is NOT a Remote Position


Job Purpose:

Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our Tampa team for Summer 2026, with the potential for extension. This role is ideal for students currently pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

Working under direct supervision, the intern will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day IT operations while contributing to projects that intersect with technology and business operations. This is a great opportunity to build foundational technical skills in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities and Associated Duties:

(All responsibilities performed under direct supervision and guidance)

  • Support the development and organization of an enhanced IT Asset Management (ITAM) system, including inventory tracking, data accuracy, and process documentation.
  • Assist in building and launching an Amazon storefront for select warehouse products, including product setup, categorization, and content entry.
  • Provide front-line support for Level 1 IT service tickets, troubleshooting common hardware, software, and user access issues.
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices (primarily Windows-based systems).
  • Document IT procedures and contribute to internal knowledge base resources.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on small projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Perform general technical and administrative support tasks as assigned.

  • Well organized and maintainable codebase and documentation.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field
  • Actively attending a college or university in the Tampa Bay area (e.g., USF, University of Tampa, Florida Polytechnic University)
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Interest in IT operations, systems support, or business technology solutions
  • Curiosity about e-commerce platforms (Amazon or similar)
