Job description

The IT Analyst is responsible for supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits system projects and related production support. In this role, you will configure, design, test, and implement new and existing technologies. You will act as a business partner and HRIS subject matter expert to support business needs globally.
You Will
  • Provide functional expertise and project support for Workday benefits and payroll systems
  • Configure and support systems to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance
  • Lead change management processes for all changes to production systems
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and third-party benefits providers
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across systems
  • Apply your strong understanding of data flows, file layouts, and reconciliation processes between various internal and external systems
  • Independently plan, coordinate, and monitor the development, evaluation, and implementation of complex information systems projects
  • Provide training to end users on functional use of the systems and maintain the training library
  • Learn new functions, train, and teach other application users

You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree, with a strong preference for Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of three (3) years of Workday system support experience
  • Workday Benefits and Payroll experience in a cloud based solution
  • HRIS design, configuration, and testing experience
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to manage projects and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability and desire to work in-person at our Plymouth, MI location
