  • Analyzes management needs regarding application systems and recommends solutions to business problems.
  • Coordinate’s development efforts between the end user ("client") and the Information Technology development and support staff.
  • Configuration, upgrades, documentation and support of custom property and information system applications
  • Utilize data to evaluate current systems to identify inefficiencies and unmet needs
  • Responsible for the installation of new applications and updating hardware requirement for servers, SAN, and virtual environments
  • Understanding of Windows Server roles and services including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
  • Maintains detailed system documentation and inventory of IT assets including hardware and software versioning installed on servers
  • Support and deploy VMware environments
  • Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
  • Configuration, upgrades, documentation and support of custom property and information system applications.
  • Investigates and evaluates systems issues reported by clients and coordinates their resolution
  • Responsible for the installation of new application and updating hardware requirements for SAN and Virtual environments.
  • Maintains detailed system documentation and inventory of IT assets including hardware and software installed on servers or desktop environments
  • Perform quality control procedures to make sure that all systems are operational and efficient
  • Interact and work with property leaders, vendors and IT team.
  • Work with teams to optimize IT support practices, improve system scalability and adapt existing systems architecture to serve new function.
  • Management of Windows based server environments; patching, upgrading and troubleshooting
  • Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
  • Assists in off hour support as required.

  • Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in computer science or related major field from four-year college or university; or 2-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in operating systems, software tools and project management methodologies required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS), VMware Hypervisor, Windows Server operating systems, and related technologies.
    Ability to process information logically and solve problems.
  • Ability to monitor and resolve problems with distributed computer systems components.
    Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
