  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Position Summary:
      • Provides first and second level software application support. Develops and maintains information systems, software, and documentation, including problem identification, analysis, database structure design, testing, and implementation. Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements. Provides exceptional customer service to the users of information systems.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; or 2 years experience in information technology field
    • Minimum Experience
      • Minimum 2 years experience in information technology
      • Experience with Meditech Client/Server implementation, maintenance, and support functions preferred
      • In-depth experience with personal computers and peripherals preferred
    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • None
