Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday (Remote)Job Description
We're looking for a strong candidate to help strengthen Prime Therapeutics' HR technology capabilities. We are on a journey to optimize our Workday solutions and provide our employees with a modern, intuitive and empowering experience. This position will help ensure continuity and ongoing support for our Compensation and Leaves function within Workday, while partnering with HR to deliver enhancements on our roadmap.
Our analysts serve as strategic partners to ensure numerous groups within HR to ensure our technology solutions for HR processes are optimally set up and executed. Scope of work spans issues analysis, designs, configuration, testing and implementation of solutions for new and existing systems and functionality. Our team is highly collaborative and skilled in developing solutions that ensure effective integration with other Workday modules and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement complex new functional and break/fix solutions for assigned HR products (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation), leveraging technical expertise through an agile methodology
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as the HRIS application owner for assigned HR products
  • Maintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality, within Prime's HR information systems landscape, and partner with Product Owners to provide recommendations for uptake
  • Provide consultation and technical support to other HRIS Analysts
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 5 years of work experience supporting HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Ultipro), including at least 2 years of experience with Workday configuration
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g., Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming) and PowerPoint functionality
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to all levels within the organization
  • Ability to manage several deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with building/supporting Workday integrations
  • Demonstrated experience implementing effective HR functional solutions leveraging technology
  • HR information system upgrade or implementation experience
