Job description

World Travel Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset & Endpoint Analyst to join our team in FortLauderdale.

This is a critical role focused on the lifecycle management of our endpoint devices. You will be the primary point of contact for computer imaging, profile configuration, and hardware logistics, ensuring our employees have the tools they need from day one. Beyond setup, you will be responsible for maintaining endpoint health through patch management, vulnerability remediation, and software updates.

  • Endpoint Management: Execute desktop computer imaging, user profile setup, and Active Directory account management.
  • Hardware Logistics: Partner with the facilities team to package, ship, and track computer systems for new hires and remote employees.
  • Maintenance & Security: Perform regular software updates, patch management, and vulnerability remediation to ensure compliance and security.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues, efficiently managing incidents via our ticketing system and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
  • Asset Lifecycle: Manage warranty claims and hardware repairs, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 Desktop administration.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools, specifically PDQ SmartDeploy and PDQ Connect.
  • Rudimentary hardware knowledge
  • Familiarity with Apple device management is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN connectivity.
  • Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required for shipping/receiving duties).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
