Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA standards

Preferred:

Prior experience in custom millwork, retail fixtures, or architectural woodworking
Knowledge of design optimization and material efficiency
Experience working with CNC programmers and production teams

Personal Traits:
You are a dependable, technically skilled team player who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality designs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, adapt quickly to changing project needs, and are committed to DNB's culture of integrity, craftsmanship, and passionate teamwork.

Why Join DNB?

Work on exciting custom millwork and retail fixture projects for commercial clients
Use industry-leading software (Microvellum) in a modern production environment
Collaborative team that values precision, innovation, and quality
Opportunity to grow with an established and expanding company
Competitive compensation and benefits package
