Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety First: Dive deep into product requirements and collaborate with equipment vendors to craft manufacturing processes that prioritize the safety of our operators. Your research and innovative designs will set the standard for excellence.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish robust manufacturing processes that incorporate poka-yoke solutions to prevent quality issues. You'll design testing methods, evaluate finished products, and ensure our processes meet the highest standards.
  • Boost Productivity: Analyze workflows, space requirements, and equipment layouts using Kubota's 5-Gen and KPS Principles to drive efficiency and enhance productivity across the board.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Provide critical insights for manufacturing decisions by calculating production costs, reviewing schedules, and estimating future needs. Your analytical skills will guide our operations.
  • Project Management: Lead project-related activities transparently, overseeing everything from timelines and budgets to team coordination and vendor procurement. Your leadership will be essential for successful program implementation.
